EU-U.S. Privacy Shield and Swiss-U.S. Privacy Shield
Harper Global is responsible for the processing of personal data it receives, under each Privacy Shield Framework, and subsequently transfers to a third party acting as an agent on its behalf. Harper Global complies with the Privacy Shield Principles for all onward transfers of personal data from the EU, UK and Switzerland, including the onward transfer liability provisions.
With respect to personal data received or transferred pursuant to the Privacy Shield Frameworks, Harper Global is subject to the regulatory enforcement authority of the U.S. Federal Trade Commission. In certain situations, we may be required to disclose personal data in response to lawful requests by public authorities, including to meet national security or law enforcement requirements.
Harper Global has further committed to refer unresolved privacy complaints under the EU-US and Swiss-US Privacy Shield Principles in the INSIGHTS ASSOCIATION PRIVACY SHIELD PROGRAM, a non-profit alternative dispute resolution provider located in the United States and operated by the Insights Association. Harper Global is a qualitative market research company based in the United States that conducts research worldwide. Qualitative research is conducted with a very small number of respondents, either in groups or individually and is used to gather initial respondent needs and obtain in-depth reactions to ideas and concepts. Harper Global conducts market research for a variety of pharmaceutical and health care related companies.

Please note: Harper Global does have first party cookies on its website, this is in place to track the number of hits to the web site and does not collect any other information.
