EU-U.S. Privacy Shield and Swiss-U.S. Privacy Shield
Harper Global participates in and has certified its compliance with the EU-U.S. Privacy Shield Framework and the Swiss-U.S. Privacy Shield Framework. We are committed to subjecting all personal data received from European Union (EU) member countries, the United Kingdom and Switzerland, respectively, in reliance on each Privacy Shield Framework Principles of Notice, Choice, Accountability for Onward Transfer, Security, Data Integrity and Purpose Limitation, Access, and Recourse, Enforcement and Liability. Harper Global is responsible for the processing of personal data it receives, under each Privacy Shield Framework, and subsequently transfers to a third party acting as an agent on its behalf. Harper Global complies with the Privacy Shield Principles for all onward transfers of personal data from the EU, UK and Switzerland, including the onward transfer liability provisions.


With respect to personal data received or transferred pursuant to the Privacy Shield Frameworks, Harper Global is subject to the regulatory enforcement authority of the U.S. Federal Trade Commission. Client and business contacts may choose to contact Harper Global via email for additional information.
