Recently Chronicle was used for a client who needed to uncover the unmet needs of the oncology patient at a critical moment in their patient journey.

Utilizing Chronicle, Harper Global was able to expose the attitudes and perceptions that impacted the patient's beliefs. This then uncovered the rational, functional and emotional needs that existed in that specific situation as well as generated ideas as to how the client would be able to meet those needs for the patient.
